Storytelling is an essential tool used by designers to reach their audience, and helps them to reach users emotionally. Designers can use storytelling to captivate audiences and build empathy.
The following is an example of storytelling through a cartoon:

The above is a simple cartoon sequence about a cat with minimal type. This has taken something that happens in everyday life and made it funny through narrated sequence.

The above is an example of sequential photography. In this series of images you see an elderly woman facing the camera, seemingly unfazed by the man approaching her. The man is symbolising death and when looking through the images, it gives the user a sense of anxiety on her behalf.

The above is an example of a storyboard. It gives clear sense of direction as to what is needed from the videographer in each shot and uses simple images to further explain what is required.

The above is my sequence for this assessment. I decided to go more towards the light hearted side of things and focus on the embarassing moment of syaing you too when someone tells you to enjoy your food. This scenario is played on quite a lot on social media patforms such as TikTok and Youtube shorts.
