For this class we began first by presenting the assessment RP2. Following this we proceeded to the group activity for email marketing. Firstly, we signed up for mailchimp.

Mailchimp is a marketing platform that specialises in email marketing, it allows users to send up to 2500 emails for free before having to join the paid plan. Following sign up, I confirmed my email address and downloaded Royal Addons.

Royal Addons allows more features within Elementor, such as popups, as is used for this task. We then proceeded to integrate Mailchimp with Royal Addons and create a template for a popup for our site.

Following this task, I tested the subscribe feature to ensure it was working efficiently and received notification of a new contact within a few minutes.
